Job Description:

A company is looking for a PRN Patient Flow Coordinator - Regional Hospital Transfers.
Key Responsibilities

Maximize patient flow and optimize bed capacity across the enterprise
Support communication between referring and accepting provider services for patient admissions
Manage bed planning within EPIC to monitor admissions and discharges impacting patient flow

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Two years of extensive customer service or healthcare experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Strong customer service skills
