Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bank Reconciliation Escalation
Specialist who will manage the initial steps in the billing process
for electronic or paper lock boxes.
Key Responsibilities
Sort lock boxes and daily mail from clients by date of service
Log daily deposit amounts for each client's lock box and prepare
deposits
Create payment batches and manage correspondence as per client
specifications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in data entry preferred
Basic math skills
Familiarity with basic computer operations and software
Ability to understand and comply with relevant laws and
regulations
