Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to lead and
manage accounting operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close,
financial reporting, and compliance activities
Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and
mentorship
Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and
forecasts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
required
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Certified Public Accountant preferred
Strong background in healthcare accounting and revenue cycle
management
Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite) and Microsoft
Excel
